What this is

A blank AI Model Card for any model you build or use. A Model Card is a concise document that describes what an AI system does, the data behind it, where it performs well, where it fails, and how it is governed. It is the same evidence required by ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI RMF and the EU AI Act.

How to use it
  1. 1Draft each section

Work through the 13 sections. Each one explains what to write, why it matters, and shows a worked example.

  2. 2Request coach feedback

Receive a 0 to 100 score, identified gaps, framework coverage and a stronger rewrite, all within the section.

  3. 3Export your PDF

Download an audit-ready Model Card that includes a compliance cross-walk appendix.

About your model

Why this matters: ISO/IEC 42001 (A.6.2.6) and EU AI Act Annex IV §1 require unambiguous identification of the AI system, its version, and an accountable owner. This is the anchor for every other section.
