Sections count as complete when they have at least ~40 characters of substantive content. Aim for specifics, not generalities.
Why this matters: ISO/IEC 42001 (A.6.2.6) and EU AI Act Annex IV §1 require unambiguous identification of the AI system, its version, and an accountable owner. This is the anchor for every other section.
